The redesigned Kia Cadenza has new styling and an interior that’s competitive to some luxury sedans. However, that luxury feel may not carry over to the Cadenza’s ride and powertrain.

  1. consumer reports needs to SHUT THE FUCK UP with WE THINK THESE SAFETY FEATURES SHOULD BE STANDARD. every fucking review, mad annoying

  2. Hands down as the Cadenza looks like something that competes with an E-Class rather than an Impala, Taurus, 300, Avalon, Lacrosse inside and out.

  3. I can tell you the demographic for this carfrom my perspective is 45 – 55 year old male with two kids who can afford to lease a Audi A8 or BMW 7 but would rather save the money and thinks Genesis have gotten too expensive and Chrysler 300 is too long in the tooth and a little redneck. Why do I know this? Because I turned in a leased 7 and bought one of these in 2014. I am considering another but I am miffed you can't fold down the rear seats and I don't like being in the shadow of SUVs and trucks at intersections where there are two lanes of traffic turning in opposite directions. They also go first because I can't see around them. I also note that there has been more than one occasion where I swore I would never buy a sedan because I wanted a wagon or a crossover to carry boat cushions that barely would stuff into the Cadenza. That crossover conversion for me could still happen.
