  1. I've got a DieHard battery from sears in my car, and they do free battery checks at any Sears AutoCenter.

  2. Was that a Chevy Cruze you had? I seen one of those at the dealer boy what JUNK. The whole dashboard flopped around with a little pressure. The doors have an awful racket to them, and the panels rattle. GM sure isn't proving anything.

  3. Jump Start… Really??? If you had a car witha manual trans, you could just push start it. This is how to do it. Turn your key all the way to the "ON" position, put your car in neutral, push it till its going faster than you can walk, push the clutch in, put it in 2nd gear, and pop out the clutch while the car is still moving. If this does not work, on the second try get the car going a little faster before poping out the clutch. Same thing can be done going in reverse.

  4. I find that newspaper or those swivel chair mats provide sufficient friction to get me out of snow and/or ice when I'm stuck.
