  1. Those with over-inflated egos won't succeed in business anymore than they do in life. Criticism is meant to improve things. We have to be able to examine it, see where change is needed, and make amendments.

  2. Does that halfwit every remove that awful hat? I wish hoteliers would understand one simple fact: most people pay for a room in a hotel as a place to stay, they DO NOT want to become part of your family. It’s a business arrangement. Pure and simple!!
